PngTap.com takes the protection of intellectual property very seriously. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established procedures for filing written notifications of copyright infringement and counter-notifications. Our policy is to respond to valid DMCA notices and take appropriate actions under the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws.

1. Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been posted or distributed on PngTap.com without permission, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, you may file a complaint under the DMCA by providing the following information in writing to our designated DMCA agent:

• Your full legal name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.
• A detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
• The specific location (URL) of the material that is claimed to be infringing or the activity that is claimed to be infringing. Please include enough detail to allow us to identify the material and where it is located.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

2. Consequences of a Valid DMCA Notification

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will take reasonable steps to investigate and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws.

In accordance with DMCA requirements, PngTap.com may forward the contents of your notification (including your contact information) to the user who posted the material that is claimed to be infringing.

3. Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include the following information:

• Your full legal name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.
• Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it previously appeared.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will promptly forward it to the original complaining party. If the original complaining party does not file a court action against the user who posted the material within 10 business days of receiving the counter-notification, we may reinstate the removed material or cease disabling access to it.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

PngTap.com takes repeat infringement very seriously. In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been the subject of multiple valid DMCA notifications.

5. False or Misleading Information

Please be aware that under the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees). Similarly, if you file a counter-notification in bad faith, you may be liable for damages as well.
